8 Mph Road Legal Mobility Scooters

Large scooters, also known as Class 3 scooters, can travel on the road, as well as the pavement. You can travel on any road except motorways and dual carriageways that have a speed limit of 50mph or above. The maximum speed you can travel at is 8mph, or 4mph on the pavement.
